Farm Campsite 'de Kermisrose'

 

Looking for a nice campsite for the family? Or do you want to relax alone or as a couple? With us it is possible!

In 2008 we started a farm rest campsite next to our farm and tea garden. Meanwhile, the campsite is quite well known and we have 12 places ready for you, each with private sanitary facilities. We will be happy to welcome you to our campsite and give you a tour of the site. There is also free WiFi all over the campsite.

The campsite is located near Dijkwater. A beautiful nature reserve where you can walk. In the vicinity you can enjoy cycling. At 1.5 kilometers is the Grevelingen where you can swim in the summer, but where it is much less crowded than the North Sea beach. The campsite has very spacious, sheltered pitches all with private sanitary facilities. There are also pre-, post- or full season spots available.

And for those who prefer something more luxurious, we have an English double-decker bus, a vintage caravan, two pipowagens and 2 Finnish kotas !

Dogs are also welcome in our campsite and are allowed in the accommodations. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed per pitch and dogs must be kept on a leash.

But children will also enjoy themselves here. While you as parents take a break, the children can play on the campsite or join in the entertainment evening on Wednesday. Then the children can come and ride ponies around 7 o'clock. But we don't only have ponies. Here the children can meet our geese, chickens, sometimes even chicks, sheep and rabbits. Also on Saturday mornings the children can come pony riding together with the children who come here every Saturday. And should they want to pony ride even more you can always rent a pony and take your child for a walk yourself!

There is also a jacuzzi for rent. Here you can relax and have lots of privacy. This is for rent from two hours. You can also, if you book in advance, rent a private inflatable jacuzzi at your spot!

And if you come camping, you can also have a delicious, luxurious breakfast with rolls, croissants, toppings, eggs, orange juice, coffee and tea. Would you like it delivered to your caravan, tent, motorhome or accommodation? That is possible! Or would you rather enjoy your breakfast in peace, when there is no one in the tea garden yet?

 

Camping pitches

 

Are you looking for a cozy, quiet campsite to pitch your camper, caravan or tent? Then you can with us! Most pitches are 200m2, or larger, with private sanitary facilities. All sanitary facilities are on the pitches themselves. The sanitary facilities include a shower, toilet, sink and a refrigerator.

If necessary, we also have pre-, post- or all-season pitches.

In high season we also have camping spots in the common area. There we have several places and options. At the site there is an outdoor shower, toilet and indoor shower.

In the gazebo at the campsite there is another refrigerator, microwave, games, toys, books, BBQs and fire pits for everyone to use.

Pipowagen

This cozy gypsy wagon is great if you want to unwind as a couple on vacation. In the summer the two of you can cozy up under the awning on the balcony and in the winter snug inside.

In the gypsy wagon there is a double bed, cozy table, seat and kitchen with water, gas, refrigerator and microwave. And if you don't want to cook you can visit the tea garden for a three-course menu. The caravan is located on a spacious camping spot with private sanitary facilities.

Vintage caravan ‘Johanna’

A cozy weekend away together? Or would you like to camp but do not have a caravan? Then we have the Johanna. The Johanna is a real vintage caravan.

In the Johanna two people can sleep. It is also possible to turn the table into a double bed. In the Johanna is a sink with gas connection and a refrigerator. The Johanna is on a spacious place with shared bathroom.

Gypsy wagon ‘Mammaloe’

There are two gypsy caravans on the campsite. This cheerful four-person caravan is called 'Mammaloe'. Inside the Mammaloe it is just as cozy and colorful as on the outside!

The Mammaloe has a double bed (120 x 200) and a bunk bed (70 x 200). There is also a kitchenette with water and gas. In the Mammaloe itself there are no sanitary facilities. Therefore, she is on a spacious camping spot with private sanitary facilities.

English double-decker ‘Queenie’

There is an English double-decker bus at the campsite. And this one really is from London! How fun is it to sleep in an English double-decker with the whole family in the middle of Zeeland's polder?

Upstairs in the bus is a double bed and two single beds. At the bottom of the bus is a shower and toilet. There is also a kitchen with a gas stove and (hot) water. There are plenty of places to sit and, best of all, the real driver's seat is still in the bus! The bus has a standing height of 1.75 meters.

Finnish Kota

For those who want to spend the night with the whole family on the campsite, we have 2 6-person Finnish Kota's. Cozy together by the wood stove or in the summer outside enjoying the campsite.

In the Kota's are two bedrooms with in one a bunk bed and in the other a double bed. In the middle room there is a sofa bed for two people. There is also a kitchenette with a two-burner electric stove, sink and refrigerator.The kota is also located on a spacious site with private sanitary facilities.
